HOW DO I PLACE ORDER?

Simply browse our products based on category: tops, bottoms, dresses. When you found the ones you ilke, Choose colour, then size put them in My Cart, go to Check Out, Fill in your details, , Choose your shipping method, confirm your Order and Payment. Then, your choice ready to deliver to you.

I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER SOLD OUT ITEMS. IS IT POSSIBLE?

So sorry for Sold Out items we can’t produce it exactly the same anymore. But if you want to try to request it or ask other choices we can offer you, please do not hesitate to e-mail us at cs@lolitabatik.com

DOES LOLITABATIK SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Yes, we can ship to another address,but if you want to ship to 2 or 3 addresses, you have to make 2 or 3 separate orders.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT ?

Unfortunately you can’t. We only ship the order to the address written.

CAN I ADD ITEMS AFTER I CHECK OUT?

Unfortunately you can't, because after checking out your order is recorded. If you want to add items, kindly make a new order and notify us via e-mail cs @lolitabatik.com to combine your shipping.

HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER?

After you order, transfer, and confirm your payment, we will process the order the NEXT DAY / in 24 hours. After that, the shipping company needs certain amount of time to deliver it to you, varies from 1-3 days for domestic, depending your choice of shipping method. ​ For overseas delivery, please contact us cs@lolitabatik.com for details

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes you can, kindly click "Track Order" and click the link in the Airwaybill Number. If you still want to know the current status, kindly e-mail cs@lolitabatik.com so we can check it to the shipping company.

I HAVEN'T GOT MY ORDER, IT HAS BEEN LATE FOR COUPLE DAYS. WHERE IS MY ORDER?

I HAVE RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. UNFORTUNATELY, THERE IS SOME DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We deeply apologize for our error. Kindly send an e-mail to cs@lolitabatik.com. If the defected product you wish to return is sold out and we can't replace it with a new one,​ we will refund it. For more information, you may visit our "Return & Exchange" page.

Return & Exchanges

How to return/exchange ?

Only unused, unwashed merchandise with tags attached can be returned/exchanged. 
Sale items can’t be returned/exchanged. 
 
Note that the shipping  fees will not be compensated by us. 

How to return/exchange ? 
1.You should create a request within 3 days after you receive the product. ​
Please provide information why you want to return the product. (Name, Order ID,Items 
#,Reason, attached pic) 
We will respond to your request and only after you get the email response you can return 
the product. ​
Please send the above information together with the product.

 
2.You will then have 7 days starting from after you receive our email response to send it back.

 
3.If we receive your package more than 7 days, we have the authority to cancel your refund. 
Exceptions can be made if the goods cannot be received because of the shipping company's 
or our fault.  


4.Returns or exchanges that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be 
sent back to the customer. You can only exchange the same item for 1 time.

We guarantee to keep all of the informations you've provided private and safe. We will not disclose it to other parties.

How to maintain my batik?

Washing

●Hand wash for better result.  
●For dolls, wallets, bags, spot wash on dirty area. 
●For machine wash, select delicate/gentle cycle and use cold water.  However, for first phase of washing the fabric, please wash by hand with Lerak or baby shampoo for best result. 
●When washing, please separate the darker-colored pieces with lighter-colored pieces. 
●Do not use chlorine bleach, strong detergents or brighteners. 
●Do not wring or twist the Batik to squeeze out the water. 

Drying

●Line drying is recommended. Avoid direct sunlight, hang to dry in shady area inside out. ●When you use machine dryer, it should be low heat setting. Do not over dry.

Ironing

●Use warm iron setting and iron them when still little damp for best result.
